Here is more on the story of Jason, an Orange County man who was beaten to death by sheriffs in the OC jail. Sheriffs have denied the charge but today the family presented evidence that he was killed by blunt trauma to the head. The orange county sheriffs department has already been taking heat all last year over the Mike Carona and the OC sheriffs corruption investigations under OC Sheriff Michael Carona. Lawyer: O.C. Inmate Died From Blows To His Head SANTA ANA, Calif. An inmate who died April 1 after a jailhouse struggle with Orange County sheriff’s deputies was killed by traumatic blows to his head, an attorney for the man’s father said in remarks reported Wednesday.
This kind of story just gets me sooo angry. This girl suffered for a month while the parents prayed instead of goint to the hospital. All the girl needed was insulin! It’s one thing when adults choose that, like the “man with no face” who allowed a tumor to cover his entire face because he can not accept blood from another due to religion, but this is a child. The girl’s parents, Dale and Leilani Neumann, attributed the death to “apparently they didn’t have enough faith,” the police chief said. WTF? people.
Everest Metro Police Chief Dan Vergin said Madeline Neumann died Sunday. “She got sicker and sicker until she was dead,” he said. Vergin said they determined the girl died from diabetic ketoacidosis, an ailment that left her with too little insulin in her body, and she had probably been ill for about 30 days, suffering symptoms like nausea, vomiting, excessive thirst, loss of appetite and weakness.
Suspect James A. Hole was arrested Thursday in connection with the killing of a real estate agent in Jefferson County (photo courtesy of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office). Sheriff’s Detective Sergeant Lawrence Lee says the man was arrested after he was brought in for questioning Wednesday night. He has not been formally charged. Lee says 71-year-old Ann Nelson met the man at the rural house in the town of Oakland. When officers were called to check on the property, Nelson was found dead in a smoke-filled bedroom next to a smoldering mattress. Investigators say they determined Nelson died of smoke inhalation, but she also had severe blunt force trauma to the head. Lee says some type of weapon was recovered, but he declined to be more specific. The man is being held in the Jefferson County Jail and is expected in court Thursday afternoon.
Old woman, 81, bludgeoned to death in India from Indian news site BURDWAN (WB): The body of 81-year old woman with her head bludgeoned (like the seals bludgeoned to death… horrible) was found at her home at Natunganj area of Burdwan town on Wednesday. Her hands were also found tied, police said adding it was being suspected that she was killed in the early hours of the day. The woman, who had property at Belsore village in Burdwan district, lived alone and it was not known whether she had any close relatives. Police sniffer dogs were pressed into service and later two persons - a liquor shop owner and a neighbour were arrested in connection with the incident, the police said.
This is just nuts, I can’t even imagine anyone crazy enough to do shit like this… murder the entire family, 8 year old little brother and all.. WTF? A teenager has been formally charged in the killings of her mother and two young brothers, a crime that has left the family’s tiny Texas town of Alba reeling. Police say a teen charged in her family members’ deaths was dating fellow suspect Charlie James Wilkinson. Police are not releasing the daughter’s name because she is a juvenile, but said they believe she was angry because her parents would not let her date one of three other suspects.
Angela Nellany didn’t admit that she tried to kill her estranged husband with a can of wasps. Friday, she pleaded no contest to assault with a deadly weapon. The Riverbank woman was articulate and polite, saying “yes, ma’am” and “I do understand” as she waived her right to a trial in Stanislaus County Superior Court. Judge Nancy Ashley handed down a two-year sentence that likely will keep the middle-age mother of two behind bars for six more months. The resolution is a far cry from the attempted murder and solicitation to murder charge the district attorney’s office filed after Nellany was arrested one year ago, when she was accused of leaving a soda can full of wasps in her husband’s truck and then hiring a hit man to finish the job. Deputy District Attorney Shawn Barlow said a plea deal is a good compromise, because 12 jurors could have found Nellany guilty of attempted murder, sending her to prison for seven years to life, or they could have concluded that the case was little more than a family dispute gone awry. “I think there were equal risks on both sides,” he said. Defense attorney Martin Baker declined to comment.

Al Qaeda burning its hostages alive - Maybe beheading got a bit old for them Fox news aired this story today
I saw this story yesterday and it was a story about a grotesque death of a teen crushed by a train. Today the story continues and gets more twisted as we find out what happened on the train platform. City teen Gage Prevost was killed because an attempt to trick a homeless crackhead out of $10 backfired, said the defence counsel in the second-degree murder case against Natalie Rochelle Pasqua yesterday. |
